[Saba Sports News] Australian cricketer Glenn Maxwell and his wife Vini Raman welcomed a baby boy named ‘Logan Maverick’ on Monday, September 11. Vini shared this joyful news on her Instagram, featuring a touching photo of the baby holding Glenn’s finger.
The couple announced their pregnancy in May 2023, followed by a traditional Tamil baby shower ceremony in July. They had a Tamil wedding in March 2022, adhering to Indian customs, and later exchanged wedding vows in Australia, including a Christian wedding.
Glenn Maxwell, the star all-rounder, is recovering from an ankle injury that ruled him out of Australia’s tour of South Africa. He might also miss the upcoming ODI series against India before the 2023 ODI World Cup.
Australia and India are set to play a three-match ODI series starting on September 22, following the conclusion of the Asia Cup 2023. The World Cup will kick off on October 5 in India, with Australia facing India on October 8. Before the tournament, Australia will have warm-up matches against the Netherlands and Pakistan as they aim to secure their sixth World Cup title.
