Defending champions Australia will play hosts India at Navi Mumbai’s DY Patil Stadium on Thursday, while England will play South Africa in the Women’s World Cup 2025 semi-final in Guwahati on Wednesday. The lineup for the semi-finals is identical to that of the tournament’s 2017 run.

After their most recent triumph over South Africa in Indore on Saturday, they now lead the points table with 13 points. With five victories and two defeats, South Africa is in second place with ten points.
If England defeats New Zealand, they may move up to second place with nine points from six games. With one encounter left against Bangladesh in Navi Mumbai, India has won three of their last six games and lost the others. The dates of both games are set on Sunday.
On the day of the first semi-final, Guwahati is predicted to have heavy showers about toss time. The team that placed higher on the points table advances to the final if neither semi-final results. The trophy will be distributed if there is no outcome in the final.
In three Women’s World Cup knockout matches, Australia has faced India, winning twice and losing once. In two 50-over World Cup knockout matches, England has triumphed over South Africa.
