
BBC set to broadcast Bundesliga games on Friday nights with the coverage of the league beginning from 22nd August.
Top-tier Following the acquisition of the rights to broadcast one Bundesliga game every week until 2027, German football will be televised live by the BBC this season.
When reigning champion Bayern Munich hosts RB Leipzig at the Allianz Arena on Friday, August 22, the broadcast will begin.
Bayern vs. Werder Bremen and 2023–24 champions Bayer Leverkusen vs. Eintracht Frankfurt are two other confirmed matches.
Every Friday, all games will be streamed live on the BBC Sport website, app, and iPlayer. The biggest in-game moments will be sniped from BBC Sport’s social media accounts.
