(sabasports report) Trail Blazers star Damian Lillard recently appeared on the back on FIGG podcast and talked about the value of a 2020 park championship.

“Actually, in a way, I think it is more difficult to win in the park than in a normal season. Health-wise, everybody had a lot of rest, everybody was healthy, and that’s why you saw so much energy in the playoffs that year. And the players will be focused on the game because there is nothing else to do in the park but play ball. So I think those factors will make it more difficult to win in the park.” Lillard said.

“The atmosphere in the park is good, everyone is together, there is a main pool in the park, James, Westbrook, Covington, etc., everyone will be there. You can see all the players by the pool, everyone comes together. The environment inside the park is actually relatively relaxed.”
