[Saba Sports News] After Chelsea’s resounding 4-1
triumph over Tottenham Hotspur, former Chelsea captain John Terry took to
Instagram to taunt their rivals. Terry celebrated Chelsea’s victory by sharing
photos of himself and his wife dancing at a bar. He captioned the post:
“When Chelsea beat Tottenham 4-1 on a night like this, the tequila comes
out and you’re dancing and singing in the bar.” Tottenham midfielder James
Maddison wasted no time in responding to Terry’s post, jokingly saying, “Oh
my God, did you score all 11 goals with your eyes closed?” Terry playfully
replied with three smiling face emojis and wrote, “Don’t worry, mate.
You’ll get used to it.” During the game, Maddison was forced to leave the
field due to an ankle injury towards the end of the first half, and Tottenham
had two players, Cristian Romero and Destiny Udogi, sent off in succession. In
the end, Tottenham suffered a 4-1 defeat with only nine players remaining on
the field.
