[Saba Sports News] The ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 is set for a spectacular conclusion on November 19 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, where India and Australia will clash in the final. To elevate the event’s grandeur, a star-studded lineup of guests and an Air Show by the Indian Air Force’s Surya Kiran aerobatic team are planned.
The event is expected to draw numerous prominent personalities, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has also been invited. Cricket legends such as former World Cup-winning captains Kapil Dev and MS Dhoni, along with other members of India’s 2011 World Cup-winning team like Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, and Yuvraj Singh, are expected to attend. Current cricketers Hardik Pandya and Yuzvendra Chahal are also likely to be present.
Adding to the entertainment, Aditya Gadhavi, known for his viral song ‘Khalasi’, and music composer Pritam Chakraborty, along with singer Jonita Gandhi, are set to perform. Moreover, the final will witness the presence of legendary actors Amitabh Bachchan, Rajnikanth, Kamal Haasan, Mohanlal, Venkatesh, Nagarjuna, and ‘RRR’ actor Ram Charan.
This final marks India’s third appearance in the ODI World Cup final, having previously competed in 1983, 2003, and 2011, winning in 1983 and 2011. Under Rohit Sharma’s leadership, the team aspires to replicate the 2011 victory on home soil, adding another World Cup title to their legacy.
