Palace taking legal action against UEFA as they have grown increasingly exasperated at the delay in Uefa’s ruling.
According to BBC Sport, Palace feels they are being treated unfairly and have become more and more frustrated with the delay in Uefa’s decision about their Europa League status.
According to reliable sources, the south London club would most likely file a lawsuit to overturn any decision to disqualify them from the competition for the upcoming campaign.

Palace’s eligibility to play was supposed to be announced by Uefa on June 27. However, the decision was postponed until this week.
A definitive decision will be delayed until Lyon’s domestic appeal against their relegation from the French top flight, the governing board stated on Monday.
Lyon can currently participate in European competitions for the upcoming season despite their forced relegation.
However, Lyon would give up their permission to play in Uefa competition if the French football authorities accept their demotion to Ligue 2, which would allow Palace to play in the Europa League.
