[Saba Sports News] Kylian Mbappe, the French star, has
a contract with Paris Saint-Germain that will come to an end next summer.
Yesterday, certain media outlets reported that Real Madrid had made an offer of
an annual salary of 35 million euros after tax in an attempt to attract Mbappe
to join their team. However, since negotiating with a player under contract is
prohibited by FIFA, Real Madrid swiftly responded with crisis public relations,
categorically denying the recent media reports and stating that no negotiations
had taken place with any Paris Saint-Germain players. Some fans sarcastically
commented on this, noting that such tactics are a common transfer method
employed by Real Madrid, which was notably used during the acquisition of Luis
Figo. The purpose behind such tactics is to gain an advantage in transfer
negotiations.
