Prior to moving to Germany for £42.3 million in July 2024, Palhinha made 68 top-flight matches in two years at Fulham, giving him substantial Premier League experience.
The Portugal international, though, is eager to return to England and has only made six Bundesliga starts since moving to Bavaria.
Since head coach Thomas Frank took over, Spurs have already made Mathys Tel’s loan from Bayern permanent, while Mohammed Kudus has joined the team for £55 million from West Ham.
